Our client have been operating in NT assisting the public service in negotiating all industrial agreements for it's members and ensuring the protection of member's rights. A 12 month contract has become available and we are now seeking an Administration Officer to assist in their day to day operations.

To be successful for this role, you will ideally demonstrate the following:

  • Strong Administration skills at Senior Level with attention to detail
  • Experience in entering high volume data
  • The right attitude and a "can do" approach
  • General financial capability to administer payments, banking and the office's financial distribution
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong computer skills are a MUST! - Skill and experience in Microsoft Office suite
  • Document management and filing experience
  • Excellent data entry/accuracy with a strong eye for detail
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Available to commence on Monday 16th April
