They provide a range of products and services (including energy strategy management solutions, solar, lighting, automation and HVAC) to a national client base that sit within a wide range of industries including but not limited to construction, defence, health, retail, automotive and clean energy.


Your responsibilities:


  • Working closely with project managers, engineers and account managers, the Senior Sales Executive (NSW) will be responsible for the development and implementation of successful sales strategies including channel partnering
  • Daily and weekly tasks will include new business development, building channel partners and promoting the brand
  • Contract and tender negotiation
  • Coordinate sales activities with project managers, engineers and technical staff to meet work requirements
  • Contract and tender negotiation
  • Budget responsibility
  • Weekly / monthly sales reports


To be successful in this role you will have the following experience /characteristics:


  • Previous sales experience within the energy solutions arena (Experience in a range of these areas would be highly advantageous - LED Lighting, solar and battery solutions, HVAC, energy strategy and power quality solutions)
  • A proven successful track record in sales and sales management - a true sales gun!
  • Experienced in channel partnering
  • Highly skilled negotiator with a strong ability to influence
  • Effective planning and time management skills
  • Self driven, highly motivated and a high achiever
  • Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and able to undertake regular interstate travel
