About the Role
Our client, based in South Australia has built robust professional relationships with a broad range of clients in the quarry, mining, concrete, cement, asphalt, salt, gypsum and recycling industries. New plant concept development, design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance support is what they do best.
We are currently looking for a Boilermaker to join the team at a quarry based in Epping. The quarry, established in 1971 is a hard rock quarry. This quarry provides the base material to produce concrete, asphalt and other times used in the construction industry. We are looking for someone with maintenance experience who is happy to work an ongoing night shift. This role will see you work with a small team of 6 people undertaking all site maintenance tasks.
This role is night shift 8pm 6am Mon-Fri plus Saturday work when required.
After 5 weeks on you are given a week off.
Skills and Experience
• Trade qualification in Fabrication
• Maintenance experience (in quarries ideally)
• Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets
• Ability to work night shift
• Flexibility for overtime
• Strong commitment to OH&S
• Pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening
