About the role
Currently we are seeking to appoint and appropriately experienced and qualified person to manage the full suite of office duties including but not limited to:

  • Payroll
  • Accounts Payable
  • Job costing
  • End of month reconciliations & payments
  • Maintain asset register
  • Reconciling of fuel accounts and maintenance schedules
  • Answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Assist with tender preparations

About the person
This person will have ideally been working in a small to mid-sized business, preferably in the construction industry. It is also essential you have good knowledge and experience with MYOB, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This business has old fashioned values so seeks a likeminded person who wants to be part of the team and continue to grow with the business.
